Does the price include all fees? Are there any additional hidden costs?
There are no hidden costs. The items listed in each package represent the full cost of the service.
Can I upgrade or customise my package later?
Yes. If you require additional services during the engagement, you can purchase them separately to complete your package. There is no need to sign a completely new package.
If I only need accounting services and do not require an EP application, can I purchase only part of the services?
Yes. Accounting services can be purchased separately and do not have to be bundled with an EP application.
What are the payment terms and billing cycle?
All fees are billed annually and payable in full upfront.
If I decide to cancel the service midway, can I get a refund?
Yes. Refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the period of service already used.
What happens if my EP application is unsuccessful? Will the EP application fee be refunded?
The EP application fee is non-refundable, as the approval decision is determined by Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and cannot be guaranteed by Yobbi.
If an application is rejected due to previously undisclosed information provided by the client, such as a prior criminal record, we can assist with a re-application and appeal. These are additional services and will be subject to separate fees.
